Raquel Britzke Clinic - Terms and ConditionsĀ
Please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions that apply to all clinic and online packages:
1. Appointments and Cancellations
-Dietitians/Nutritionists at Britzke Nutrition Ltd are trained and approved as per the company's consultation protocols.
- Britzke Nutrition cannot guarantee the continued treatment with a specific dietitian or nutritionist.
- To cancel an appointment, contact us at +447428644457.
-We require a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of the consultation from your package or the redemption of your deposit.
-Prior to your appointment, we will send you an email detailing any necessary preparations required before your consultation.
-You are responsible for ensuring the validity of your package.
2. Consultations
-All purchased consultations must be paid in full in advance or at the time of the consultation.
-Consultation packages must be utilised within an additional 6 months from the date of purchase.
-Any unused consultations after this period will be forfeited.
-Packages are non-refundable.
