1.1 THE PLAN(S)
When an allergy or intolerance is present, please send an email detailing what allergies or intolerances you have. So we can provide you with specific ingredients or replace them with others.
It is crucial that you fully understand that the advice given by Britzke Nutrition regarding allergies is followed at your own risk and responsibility. While our team will recommend using products that are consistent with your allergies or intolerances, you should ensure that you and your doctor are comfortable with all ingredients.
Our approach to calculating what we believe is best for each patient is unique. By signing up for the company's programs, you trust that approach. While feedback is appreciated, disagreeing with our methods based on other professional viewpoints will not result in your plans being recalculated or refunded.
The exercises contained in the plan are also pre-established. You will receive details on the exact structure to follow, with duration, interval and amount of repetitions. This also includes guidance or correct lifting techniques. Due to strength being an individual consideration, the weight in the resistance training section will never be specified, and this is something you will have to figure out through performing the exercises. The best results will come from following this one and only. Training is only allowed once a day and no more.
To get results with this program, you need to follow it 100%. It is not the company's responsibility to pursue you for any information.
After purchasing the 180-day plan through Britzke Nutrition Ltd, you have six months to complete it. The project is valid for 6 months from the start of subscription and must be completed within that period. After this period, your login details will expire.

1.3 PAYMENT
You have a choice of two payment methods for the plan: a one-time payment or a direct debit option, payable in 6 monthly instalments.
We also allow the initial total down payment to be made as a gift card for someone to use.
If you have chosen to pay for your program using our direct debit option, please note that you have entered into a 6-month contract with Britzke Nutrition Ltd.
If payment is cancelled, cannot be taken due to insufficient funds, or has been declined by Paypal or Stripe, a reminder email will be sent to you requesting the pending payment. It can be paid from your original payment method, directly to our Company account or credit card. If funds have not been received within 5 days of the due date, a £10 (£50.00) administration fee will be charged in addition to arrears. At this stage, your account will be blocked until the balance is paid. If we have not heard from you and payment is not successfully received within 5 working days, an additional email will be sent informing you that: if outstanding funds are not received, we reserve the right to pass your details to our Collection Agency (currently Federal Management) to allow us to recover costs. This email will represent the final demand for payment and will be in line with the statutory 30 day period under the UK Delayed Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Additional fees will apply in this case.
Will be used refunds only in case of proven injury (official medical document) or exceptional circumstances agreed by Britzke Nutrition Ltd.
Please understand that you are entering into a 6-month payment plan/contract with Britzke Nutrition by purchasing the plan using the Direct Debit option.
1.4 RESPONSIBILITY / RISK
By following this company's plan, you are doing it responsibly with your guidance and take full responsibility for the effects on your body that you may experience. As with any exercise program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any exercise program can cause injury, and Britzke Nutrition Ltd's exercise plans are no exception. You may injure yourself doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done wrong. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks also exist for those who are currently in good health. Our company does not act as physician. You MUST consult your physician before beginning our meal plans or exercise programs, with no exceptions. You MUST consult your physician/physiotherapist immediately in the event of illness or injury and follow their direct advice, which could mean discontinuing the plan entirely. You are using the chosen plan at your own risk. You are responsible for any injuries or health issues you may experience or even death due to participating in the TRANSFORM360. Raquel Britzke maintains correct and appropriate insurance with a reputable UK insurer. We guarantee that our policy is renewed annually, and details of our coverage can be provided upon written request. Any potential claims must be in writing, and a company representative will respond within 30 days.
1.5 DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
Britzke Nutrition Limited may use your personal information to provide you with associated products and services that you request, administer your account, and contact you to obtain feedback on those products and services. If you provide your email address when you register with us or purchase from us, we will not send you unsolicited marketing material. Britzke Nutrition Ltd will hold all information provided and will remain secure and confidential. Your data will only be used for research purposes and will not be passed on to third parties or used for marketing purposes following the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be disclosed to employees of Britzke Nutrition Limited to enable you to obtain the necessary support in the program. Data will be kept securely as long as you are our customer.
1.6 REFUNDS
As Britzke Nutrition Ltd is offering irrevocable intangibles, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the product is shipped.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any product from our website. In the unlikely event that meals do not please you or personal circumstances, whether that lifestyle or financial, this does not guarantee a refund.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances may arise concerning the character of the product we provide and your personal life.
Therefore, we can honour refund requests for the following reasons:
- Product not described and as detailed above in our terms and conditions: such issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. Clear evidence must be provided that the product purchased is not as described on the website and/or in our terms and conditions. Complaints based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
-In case of severe debilitating illness or injury, that must be provided by a medical note or medical certificate before consideration.
