1.1.1 Plan Structure
The company's online meal plans are pre-established and no new ones will be created upon request. The exercises included are also pre-determined, with specific details on structure, duration, intervals, and repetitions.
1.1.2 Allergies and Intolerances
Please inform us via email about any allergies or intolerances so we can adjust the ingredients. The company can only accommodate specific allergies detailed in the questionnaire you complete.
1.1.3 Liability and Risks
By enrolling, you trust our unique approach and accept that disagreements based on other professional opinions will not result in remade or refunded plans. You assume full responsibility for the effects on your body and the risks associated with exercise activities.
1.1.4 Plan Duration and Completion
Upon purchasing the 90-day plan, you have 12 months to complete it, valid from the date of enrolment and to be concluded within this period.
1.2 BUSINESS HOURS
Available to answer your queries from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm GMT. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays. Information about closures during the Christmas and New Year period will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
1.3 PAYMENT
1.3.1 Payment Methods
We offer the option of a one-time payment or direct debit in three monthly instalments. The full initial payment can also be made as a gift.
1.3.2 Payment Failures and Delays
If a payment is cancelled or declined, a reminder email will be sent. Additional charges will apply for delayed payments.
1.4 LIABILITY/RISK
You assume full responsibility and risk for the exercise activities and effects on your body when following the plan.

1.6 REFUND POLICY
1.6.1 General Conditions
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods once the order is accomplished and the product is sent, except under exceptional circumstances.
1.6.2 Body Reset Weight Loss Programme Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all the strategies of the programme. The Company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Programme, governed by the following terms:
Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that the diet did not work for you. If you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of enrolment, stating that you wish for a refund by 11:59 pm UK time on the 30th day. Evidence must include photos of at least 1 complete week of meal plan meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 7 days. Refund Restrictions: We will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After the 30th day, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full payment of programme fees, regardless of whether you complete the programme. Payment Obligations: If you have selected a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, with the course work required at the time of your refund request, you are legally obligated to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. Refund Process: Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund according to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to your payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control your payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. Consequences of Refund: If you receive a refund for any purchase through this money-back guarantee, this will immediately terminate all licenses granted to you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company's Terms of Use. You must immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you. Discretion of Refunds: All refunds are discretionary as determined by Britzke Nutrition LTD. We will not provide refunds after the 30th day from the date of your purchase, and all payments are due promptly. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is higher.
